Yiayia’s traditional pasta is inspired by “maggiri” – an old Cretan recipe for making delicious and nutritious pasta from scratch. Made by a local producer with fresh eggs, goat and sheep’s milk from small farms, with semolina infused with beetroot, carrot and spinach, our homemade pasta is pure, with no preservatives and color additives. It is allowed to dry for several hours at low temperatures in order to preserve all its nutrients and the deep vegetable flavor. For extra deliciousness, enjoy with Yiayia’s homemade tomato sauce with thyme and oregano.
